To move that under Section 100(A) (4) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 1 and 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.

To consider recruitment information regarding the position of Chief Executive/Head of Paid Service, undertake panel sessions with each of the shortlisted candidates and determine which candidates will be going forward for final interview.
