Erection of new replacement self-build dwelling, new access and gates, (Part Retrospective) - Christmas Cottage, Flawforth Lane, Ruddington Updates The Chair made a declaration of lobbying on behalf of Members of Committee as they had received direct email correspondence from the applicant in advance of the meeting. In accordance with the Council’s Public Speaking Protocol for Planning Committee, Mr S Millett (Applicant) and Councillor M Gaunt (Ward Councillor) addressed the Committee. DECISION PLANNING PERMISSION BE REFUSED FOR THE SPECIFIED REASONS SET OUT IN THE REPORT PUBLISHED WITH THE AGENDA. 28.2 24/01905/REG3 - Variation of Condition 29 (Hours of use) for planning application 19/02914/FUL to amend opening time Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 6.00am - Bingham Arena, Mercia Court, Bingham Updates An additional representation was received after the agenda was published and this was circulated to the Committee before the meeting. DECISION PLANNING PERMISSION BE GRANTED SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS, THE DETAILS OF WHICH ARE SET OUT IN THE REPORT PUBLISHED WITH THE AGENDA.
