Exclusion of the Public That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting for application reference: 23/01285/FUL, appeal reference: APP/P3040/W/24/3352048, on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 3 and 5 of part I of Schedule 12A of the Act.
Minutes: It was resolved that under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for item 6 on the Agenda relating to application reference: 23/01285/FUL, appeal reference: APP/P3040/W/24/3352048, on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 3 and 5 of part I of Schedule 12A of the Act.
DECISION THE BOROUGH COUNCIL WITHDRAWS ITS DEFENCE OF THE APPEAL.
