The removal of the carton/tetrapak bins in the parking opposite Co-op off Bridgford Rd surely is not at all conducive to the goals of increasing recycling, as many of nearby inhabitants will find it more difficult to recycle tetrapaks having to travel to other locations, and many will resort to putting the tetrapaks in their waste bins. There was not any consultation on this move. The parking space in question always has empty slots, so there was not really any need of marginally expanding it at the expense of tetrapak recycling bins. We think that this decision should be reversed and hope that this will be done.
